When Yog asanas with bhava (feeling or intent) it connects our mind to the essence of the posture and helps us cultivate not just physical benefits, but also mental qualities, like reverence, steadiness, flexibility, and surrender.
Our Programs
Our mission is to spread the spiritual wisdom of Maashree on yoga practice and meditation with people of all ages and backgrounds.
We have conducted sessions across Mumbai, Coimbatore and Kolkata in reputed institutions like SNDT University, Narsee Monjee University, Vinayaka Mission University, The Heritage School (Kolkata), Jadavpur University, Lady Brabourne College and other institutions. We have also conducted sessions in offices like the Indian Register of Shipping (IRS) on International Yoga Day 2023 and the Bank of India (Barasat Zonal HQ).
Our interactive sessions start with a brief discourse on meditation and Yoga in everyday life, followed by a guided demonstration of asanas, pranayam and dhyan, ending with Q&A or follow-up discussion with the audience.
