JANUARY 2026
Auspicious Beginnings & Narmada Retreat
Sadhaks of Uttarran started the year in GURU Sannidhya in Shreejaashram, where SHREE GURU imparted the significance of attachment and detachment to them and opened their minds to how intricately these are enmeshed in the everyday life in society.
It was an auspicious month where Sadhaks were again in the presence of SHREE GURU on the festive occasion of Makar Sankranti on 14th January from Mumbai through online Live discourse. On this occasion, SHREE GURU bestowed the divine wisdom of the Path to Moksha (Ultimate liberation) to the Sadhaks. HER message was about what it truly takes to break the bondage of Moha and Maya (attachments born of ignorance) and to look within when our minds tend to seek answers outside.
In the third week of January, few Sadhaks from the centers of Uttarran in Kolkata and Konnagar, were blessed to spend 3 days with SHREE GURU under one roof in Nabadweep retreat. Situated on the banks of Ganges, sadhaks spent the days in sadhana and sannidhya of SHREE GURU.
End of January was marked with the occasion of Vasant Panchami on 28th January, SHREE GURU delivered another online live discourse from Kolkata. In this session, SHREE GURU talked about how a mind raised in the Avidya (darkness) in this society can turn towards Vidya (the knowledge of the Ultimate Truth).

This month marks the moment when Uttaran Utsav concludes, ushering in the dawn of a new year. Most disciples who joined the celebration now return to their sansar jungle, while a few remain behind to support the daily routines of the ashram.
The vibrant colors of festivity gradually transitions into a deeper focus—inspiring each of us to carry forward the spirit of the celebration into our responsibilities and strengthening devotion.
During this month, SHREE GURU blesses the sadhaks of Kolkata with her presence. Throughout her stay, many seekers visit her in search of peace and guidance—a light in times of darkness. Disciples have the opportunity to participate in several meditation sessions in the divine presence of SHREE GURU. Additionally, Bhavasan and meditation sessions are organized and volunteered at various locations, based on requests and proposals received.
This time, SHREE GURU’s stay in Nabadweep coincided with Rakhi Purnima. In her presence, disciples were lightened with the teaching of bandhan for mukti—the understanding that one binds oneself to the higher consciousness embodied in SHREE GURU for the sake of one’s own mukti or enlightenment. On the previous day, a prasaad distribution was organized for the village community.
May this sacred bond remind us of the strength and guidance we receive through SHREE GURU, inspiring us to walk steadily on the path towards HER VISION.
Retreat on the banks of Narmada at Kevadia
It was afternoon on 7th Jan 2026 when we sadhaks started from Ahmedabad to reach Kevadia in the Ramada hotel opposite river Narmada. In the evening we accompanied Maa in a stroll across the hotel garden adjacent to the beautiful view of the Narmada river.
We sadhaks did Sandhya Aarti - as we do in Ashram.
8th Jan - On the next day at around 11:30 am, sadhaks started for the Narmada Ghat and as we were nearing the ghat, Shree Gurus attention caught to a name plate written with an arrow mark to Shoolpaneshwar Mahadev temple, which has its reference in the book "Tapobhoomi Narmada". Though it was not the original temple, which got submerged in the river Narmada due to the construction of the Sardar Sarovar dam.
In the afternoon had a discourse of Shree Guru. She sat in a open area. Her discourse spoke at length regarding the significance of Narmada Parikrama and the severe penance and divine experience that follows on the rigorous path. Maa wished that we all should for once perform this Parikrama around this mystic river of Narmada.

FEBRUARY 2026
Shiv Pranam
On the early morning of February 16, beginning before sunrise and continuing into the morning, Shiv Pranam was observed at Shreejashram in the gracious presence of Shree Guru.
Amid the chanting of sacred mantras and the offering of jal abhishekam, sadhaks offered their reverence to the Shiva tatva. The pranam concluded with the chanting of the Nirvana Shatakam, a powerful reminder of the Shiva tatva within oneself. Shree Guru once shared a profound insight: "How can one worship the air?" And thus, rather than calling it Shiva Puja, he named it Shiva Pranam.
On February 16th, 2026 Shiv Pranam in Shreejaashram was celebrated in the Yagna Bhoomi. On this occation, Sadhaks perform Abhishek for wooden padukas placed on Shilas (a stone sculpture in cylindrical shape). The Paduka signifies GURU CHARAN, placed atop the Shila which signfies the Sadhaks body. It is an act of purifying oneself, symbolically.
It was followed by a live discourse by SHREE GURU, which was broadcasted globally from the Yagna Bhoomi of Shreejaashram, Khodala. HER message was to recognize that we seek freedom (Mukti) from our habitual pattern. The habitual pattern of being unfulfilled and scared of the unknown. That slowly poison our existence, making us dread uncertainty in life. Walking the Path is to rid oneself of these patterns that keep us going in circles and move ahead in life.

MARCH 2026
Anand Utsav & Holi
March.. The month that gives the reason for Uttarran to exist. 10th March marks the birth date of SHREE GURU MAASHREE. It is celebrated as Anand Utsav in Uttarran. A grand celebration for the Sadhaks and opulent divinity that SHREE GURU graces us with. Sadhaks came in from every corner of the world to celebrate this divine day in the Sannidhya of SHREE GURU.
It was followed by Raag Utsav (second year running), where eminent artists performed in Shreejaashram Khodala.
However, the celebrations were cascaded this March with the month starting with celebration of Holi in Shreejaashram Khodala. SHREE GURU graced the sadhaks with her Sannidhya and showered flower petals on them signifying Phool Dol (playing holi with flowers). This year the celebration of Holi was respectful and acknowledging the pain in different geographies, out in the world. The colors were present, but the joy of spreading them was muted. SHREE GURU's message was while we were able to celebrate festivities in the safe abode of Shreejaashram, there is suffering out in the world and people were displaced of their homes in certain parts; SHE reminded us to be full of gratitude and introspect on our lives and be more human so that the society becomes more human, in turn making the lives of everyone in the world better.

March strarted in Utarran with the onset of Holi preparations, Holi being on the 4th, the Ashram already had sadhaks staying there since the 1st. Holi was celebrated this year with flowers and music in the divine presence of our Sri Guru.
Two retreats conjoined into one, this year, as Holi and Anand Utsav Celebrations were close to each other. Anand Utsav, which is, Shri Guru's Birthday celebration, was celebrated with love and reverence to our Guru. She spoke of Nitya (The permanence of Divinity) and how our mind continues to stay in the realm of Anitya (Maya and that which is temporary).
Raag Yog Utsav, a musical programme happened on 11th March, on the occassion of Anand Utsav. In which we had young talented musicians offer their musical service to the Guru. A Tabla-Pakhawaj Jugalbandi between Pavan Sidam and Swapnil Suryawanshi captivated everyone in the audience. Along with that Dr. Bhagyashree Panchale and Ramakant Gaikwad offered their music the same evening.
During Vasant Navratri, Sri Guru gave sadhaks a sadhana that could not be broken for 11 days. Vasant Navratri ended with the celebration of Raam Navami, on 26th March, with the Discourse of Shree Guru Maashree.
The month ended with SHREE GURU's sannidhya and discourse on the occasion of Ram Navami in Shreejaashram where SHE shared the significant insight that in the time of Shree Ram, respect was reciprocal. Today in the time of Kaliyuga that is not true. The time today is more synonymous to the time of Mahabhrata where Dharma was buried under deceit and ego. In a time like today, the only path to salvation is by following the words and commands of a GURU (an enlightened soul) with utter obedience and loyalty.

APRIL 2026
Assam and Tawang Yatra
In the month of April, a few sadhaks were fortunate to go with Shree Guru on a retreat to Tawang.
The journey commenced from Assam. On the first day, the sadhaks, along with Shree Guru, visited a temple in Assam. Shree Guru spent time in meditation at this ancient temple, communing with the energy.
The visit was not the most divine experience for the sadhaks or Shree Guru due to the environment created by the ways of the temple devotees.
In Tawang, Shree Guru this time was not inclined to visit any particular place, instead spending most of the time in rejuvenation and meditation, and guiding the sadhaks on the spiritual path during the few days there.
The weather was very cloudy, with little sunlight and slight drizzles as well—a stark contrast to other parts of India, which were going through soaring temperatures.
Sadhaks revelled in the experience of simply being in the presence of Shree Guru and the purifying space of Tawang.
Today the 2nd April 2026. A significant day to reach Guwahati on our way to reach Tawang. Blessed to have a deep conversation with Maa in reference to Maa's recent discourse on Ram Navami.
On the 3rd April we started on our road to Dhirang. It was a long way as we undertook the road via Bhutan. We stayed overnight at a resort in Dirang and later on 4th reached Tawang in the afternoon. It was so scenic around the resort - besieged by pine trees with the full view of snow capped mountains right from the window. I felt that the time has come to a complete stand still. I was suddenly not experiencing any tireness like the day before. Next day was Easter Sunday and Maa's talk went live right from the hotel room. Maa spoke about how Jesus Christ perceived everything in the form of witnessing attitude even on his road to Crucification. He knew He was dying and was also in pain but His belief in God never waned, which is only possible when one reaches that Enlightened state. Maa didn't go out of the Resort, at all in the following days we stayed at resort - mostly gazing at the snow peaked mountains and sometimes giving us the valuable time of Sannidhya.
On 7th we thought that there was a chance for chopper service to commence but later in the morning service got canceled due to bad weather. We started on our journey back to Guwahati. We reached quite late on the 7th night as it was a long down-hill journey.. was still carrying a part of Tawang with us.
On 8th we had discourses and sadhanas meditation session in Guwahati. Retreat ends on 9th april.
